A note to representatives of the “Ball Earth” belief system: Any email that even remotely smacks of Ball Earth theory (heliocentric model) will be DELETED immediately, largely unread, and the sender's email address will be blocked. I do not wish to receive any inquiries related to the topic of “Ball Earth.” Anyone who believes that the “spherical Earth” has been - scientifically - proven is welcome to continue to believe so.

With regard to contact requests, please understand that I will only respond to serious, in-depth inquiries about the flat Earth model.

In particular, I will not respond to inquiries that contain at least the following:

- The Earth is a sphere with a “slightly” larger radius than previously assumed.
- The Earth is a hollow sphere.
- Why are your pictures of the sun always the same size if the Earth is supposed to be flat?
- Why does the sun rise at different times in different places on a flat Earth?
- In general, all inquiries that are clearly intended to discredit my observations and/or conclusions because of alleged disregard for insignificant details, the supposed significance of which stems solely from the imagination or misunderstanding of the questioner.

I do not feel responsible for explaining fundamental questions of mathematics at the level of ninth graders, nor for discussing them, nor for answering the most basic questions about the flat Earth model, which anyone who – for whatever reason – has a serious interest in this model can easily work out for themselves.
Furthermore, I certainly do not feel responsible for explaining why camera lenses, especially those with a short focal length, distort objects such as the sun under certain conditions, making them appear larger or smaller than they actually are. If you have no idea about these things, please educate yourself before contacting me about them.

Anyone who has SERIOUS, in-depth questions or serious contributions to the discussion (including references to actual possible, but verifiable, errors in my argumentation) about the flat Earth model and/or, in particular, about the observations I have presented on this topic is always welcome!
